For a recent project in Brookline, MA, Ocean Works rehabbed an older building into 3 modern apartments. We constructed three balconies with railings. The most interesting staircase is located in the back, as our workers built ADA compliant stairs with handicapped rails using ADA compliant grading, galvanized to be maintenance-free.
